Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without.

If we want more peace and calm in our lives then we have to practise.


If we want to stop negative thinking, that makes us feel bad about ourselves and our work,


Then we have to learn to shut off the ever spinning motor of the thinking mind.


To do this we need to go to the source and remove its fuel.


In this weeks Hacker Download I'll be sharing a video on how to do this.


Because the key to long lasting peace and calm lies within all of us.
